Reasonably clean, hip new hotel with very pleasant staff. Marvellous location, just a short stroll away from Bab Lakouas. Fast check-in, parking onsite. The check out is late. Wonderful base for exploring Safi.

Particularly good location near to the centre, restaurants and stores, I felt safe. I had the suite which was big and huge with balcony. All of the staff were well experienced and excellent...

We had a quite comfortable stay for 5 nights.

The room we had included climate control, a laptop-size safe, and multi-channel television.

Enjoyed my such wonderful stay for 5 nights. The staff was very friendly & excellent. The room was tidy and huge in general, with balcony. The location was nice, a 10-15 minute walk from Tajine. Restaurant on site was popular.

I got great value for my money at Kenzo! The room wassuper clean and cozy, and the location was just a short walk from the beach. The staff treated me like family, offering Moroccan tea upon arrival and providing helpful recommendations for sightseeing and dining.

This hotel in Safi exceeded all expectations! the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially Ayoub at reception who went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay. Secondly, the rooms were spacious, clean, and even had a balcony with a beautiful view. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious with a variety of fresh breads, omelettes, and hot coffee. this hotel offers great value for money and attention to detail.

Parking arrangements could be improved, but it's manageable.

Nothing to complain about at all.

The room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff at reception were friendly and helpful. the hotel itself was conveniently located near key attractions and amenities, making it easy to explore the area. the complimentary breakfast served in the restaurant was a nice touch and provided a good start to the day.

There were a few aspects that could have been better. the noise from both outside and other floors was quite audible in the room, which made it difficult to have a peaceful and quiet stay.
